Hello Everyone,

Today I will be reviewing & comparing Urban Decay’s Naked & Naked2 palettes.

I feel as though everyone has seen these, so I won’t be doing swatches. However, I do have some side by side pictures of the two palettes for comparisons.

I have previously reviewed in depth the original Naked palette. So if you haven’t seen that post, please check it out.

As I have previously mentioned I definitely recommend the original Naked palette. I think it’s a must-have for anyone’s makeup collection. Urban Decay really created an amazing palette with the original Naked palette, which is why I was skeptical about Naked2.

I just didn’t think that Urban Decay could recreate the genius & magic of the original Naked palette.

However, to my surprise Naked2 is equally fabulous if not better than the original.

Ok some quick comparisons, each palette contains 12 gorgeous eyes shows. The shadows are neutrals, however the colors are so vibrant & pigmented, that you can totally create some bold looks with either palette.

In Naked2 I particularly love the soft texture of the shadows. The texture makes the shadow so easy to work with & they blend beautifully.

Naked2 comes with a dual end eyeshadow brush which is excellent for traveling. I must say however I don’t love the brushes.

The shadows in Naked2, I find to be a bit warmer. As a result, I feel these shadows look amazing on any skin tone.

Overall, I say you can’t have one without the other. They both are great palettes and I highly recommend them.

Naked & Naked2 retail for $50 each.
